My name is Georgia, and I have a passion for capturing the transformative raw beauty of birth as a photographer. Born and raised in the stunning tropical paradise of Cairns, Queensland, Australia, I have always been inspired by the natural beauty and diversity of my surroundings. My journey into birth photography began with a deep fascination for the miracle and power of the human body. Growing up in Cairns, I developed a strong connection to nature and the outdoors, which instilled in me a profound respect for the natural processes of life.

After completing my education, I pursued a career in physiotherapy, driven by my desire to help others and promote wellness. Through my work as a physio, I gained valuable insights into the human body's capabilities and the importance of holistic care during significant life events, such as pregnancy and childbirth.

After having two of my own beautiful babies, I discovered my passion for photography. Combining my love for storytelling and my fascination with the human experience, I found myself drawn to the art of capturing moments that are both raw and deeply meaningful. Birth photography, in particular, spoke to me as a way to document the incredible journey of bringing new life into the world.

I believe that every birth is a unique and beautiful story waiting to be told, and I am deeply honoured to be entrusted with capturing these intimate moments for families to cherish for generations to come. My approach to photography is rooted in authenticity and empathy, as I strive to create a comfortable and supportive environment for expectant parents. Most of my families dont even notice I'm there until after baby is born.

Through my lens, I aim to celebrate the beauty of life in all its forms and to empower families to embrace the journey of parenthood.
